  • Hello! I’d love to share a bit about my journey with you. I found my passion for massage therapy back in 2013. After spending seven years doing deep tissue work, I started to feel some chronic pain and early signs of osteoarthritis. Around the same time, I was also guiding rivers, which meant my upper body never got a break!

    In search of a solution that would give my body and my clients what they needed, I discovered Ashiatsu during a trip to Las Vegas on my way to the Grand Canyon. That first experience was amazing; it brought up so many emotions, and I realized I wanted to learn more about this incredible technique. When the 2020 pandemic hit, it provided me the perfect chance to dive into the DeepFeet Basics class and then the full Master Program.

    Now, I’m lucky enough to run my own massage business in beautiful Crested Butte, Colorado, where I focus on Ashiatsu and Thai yoga massage. I absolutely love living in the Gunnison Valley with my two-year-old daughter and our furry companions, surrounded by the stunning West Elk Mountains! I look forward to meeting you and introducing you to this lifer changing modality!

    Crested Butte, Colorado is known for its vast variety of recreational activities year round. It is a destination ski resort town on the western slope of Colorado’s continental divide. The road is one way in and one way out (at least for winter travel) so folks who come are very intentional when visiting. You’re not likely to stumble upon this little town on a cross country road trip. For winter activities you can pursue alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, ice climbing, ice skating and snow shoeing. Summer time you can enjoy hiking, biking, backpacking, horseback riding, camping, fishing and the list continues. This quirky town is full of heart energy and the locals are warm, welcoming and know how to have a good time.
